Triangle Tube, an innovator and industry leader in manufacturing and supplying quality stainless steel hot water heating equipment, aimed to strengthen relationships with distributors and plumbers throughout the United States and Canada by developing a new website. This initiative focused on creating a platform that not only showcased their advanced products but also provided valuable resources and customer support.
Triangle Tube approached the team at SWBR Marketing & Media with the need to completely reinvent their online presence. The company aimed to create a website that would serve as an informative and highly resourceful digital platform accessible to all their customers and distributors 24/7. They wanted a site that not only provided detailed product information but also featured comprehensive resources and support tools. This new online presence would enhance the website’s user experience and ensure that all necessary information was readily available at any time.
Working alongside the Triangle Tube team, we developed a navigation menu that thoroughly reorganized the company’s products, resources, forms and more. By incorporating responsive design elements, we ensured seamless performance on desktops, tablets and smartphones — crucial for many of Triangle Tube’s customers who access the website while on a jobsite. This redesign focused on putting the information in the user’s hands with fewer clicks, and this shift makes it easier for customers to find the information they need quickly and efficiently
Advertising is in Ernie’s DNA as he’s a third-generation family member to join the business his late grandfather founded. With that pedigree comes an almost six sense of identifying the “it factor” needed to create campaigns that spark customers to action. Ernie (or ET) uses his outgoing personality to connect with clients to build strong collaborative relationships. He digs deep to uncover new opportunities that will make a measurable difference for each client’s business. A graduate of Eastern University and Saint Joseph’s University (MBA), he has the book smarts and experience to elevate brand communications with strategies that challenge the status quo. He’s always guiding Team SWBR toward the correct target audiences, smartest campaign messages, right digital channels and best traditional tactics suited to boost sales.
When he’s not working, Ernie enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He’s also an avid golfer still searching for his first hole-in-one.
