The Solution

In collaboration with the team at Burkholder’s Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., we developed a new navigation menu that provides website visitors with an exceptionally straightforward experience. The site was designed around putting the information most viewed front-and-center for customers to provide a smooth experience from website visit to completed HVAC installation or repair. Additionally, we designed the website’s layout and functionality to ensure easy navigation across all devices. By integrating responsive design elements, we achieved seamless performance on desktops, tablets and smartphones.

A graduate of Eastern University and Saint Joseph’s University (MBA), he has the book smarts and experience to elevate brand communications with strategies that challenge the status quo. He’s always guiding Team SWBR toward the correct target audiences, smartest campaign messages, right digital channels and best traditional tactics suited to boost sales.

When he’s not working, Ernie enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He’s also an avid golfer still searching for his first hole-in-one.
