The biggest challenge the Sherry Dental staff faced was efficiently scheduling appointments and coordinating them across three office locations. In addition, the updated website needed to showcase patient benefits and highlight the full spectrum of services offered for complete dental health.

The Solution

We designed a sleek and easy-to-navigate website that featured a simple-yet-effective appointment form that drastically improved the user experience for both patients and staff. The online appointment form was available to patients 24/7 and was easy to understand. The straightforward explanation of submitting online requests for appointments worked seamlessly and made it convenient for patients to schedule appointments at the date and office that worked best for them. The website also featured a video that was welcoming and informative for new patients. And there were several before and after photos for patient success stories.
