SWBR launched a new global website for Daido Metal Co., Ltd. (Daido), a leading bearings manufacturer headquartered in Japan.

The website completely redefines Daido’s web presence, unifying the company’s brand on a global scale. Daido manufactures a variety of bearing solutions, including polymer, metallic, engine and turbomachinery bearings. The company, which has U.S. headquarters in Detroit, also partners with customers to manufacture customized products fit to exact requirements.

Website Overview

Customers – primarily product engineers – can sort through product offerings categorized by market, product type and application. This simple search criteria allows customers to easily locate the best products for very specific applications within a number of markets, including automotive, motorcycle, construction machinery, energy, industrial and transportation.

An interactive map seamlessly connects Daido’s customers with their headquarters, sales offices, manufacturing plants, affiliate companies and R&D facilities. The website will be a valuable resource as Daido looks to expand its product offering to various industries throughout North America.

The site was developed in both English and Japanese, and was produced in collaboration with Weidenhammer Creative, which provided comprehensive programming and development work.
