Customers research everything before making a purchase, so your website must make a strong first impression. And every website needs to position businesses as experts to convince customers to choose them! That’s what the Wolf Insurance Agency was looking for with a website redesign, and that’s what SWBR delivered.
As a well-respected business serving its community for decades, the Wolf Insurance Agency built a strong reputation. But its website became outdated, which is common when you’re busy running a successful business. So we stepped in and reimagined the website with a new design and revised content that provided a smooth user experience for customers and positioned their brand for continued success. The new website was a planned Phase 2 tactic. It complemented Phase 1 of the marketing plan, an ongoing digital advertising campaign.
To refresh the website, we reconfigured the website architecture with a main menu that made it easier for customers to find the information they were after. We divided the website into personal insurance and business insurance sections, with an array of insurance types under each primary category. We also offered insurance tips and easy-to-access customer information, including filing claims and bill pay details. We added a Get Quote section with contact forms dedicated to specific insurance inquiries, streamlining the quote process for all parties. The design used a simplified, clean canvas to strike a subliminal yet positive tone, and used images that reflected their customers and insurance offerings.
The new website worked seamlessly with the ongoing digital campaigns, continuing the conversation by paying off the ad messaging and generating leads. The website and digital campaigns worked in tandem to drive a sustained year-over-year, 20 percent increase in qualified leads via form submissions.
