We created a cohesive leasing campaign that showcased the lifestyle behind the property while driving prospective tenants directly to a dedicated landing page designed to convert interest into inquiries.

The campaign needed to generate awareness across multiple touchpoints while giving interested audiences an easy path to learn more about the property and take the next step toward leasing.
SWBR developed a multi-channel leasing campaign centered around a custom landing page designed to showcase the property’s features, lifestyle and location. The page highlighted the modern apartment interiors, river views, parking availability and downtown Easton accessibility while creating a streamlined experience for prospective tenants to explore the property.
To support the campaign, SWBR coordinated a professional photoshoot that captured the upscale feel of the apartments and the energy of the surrounding area. Using this creative content, our team developed targeted Facebook advertising campaigns and display campaigns through a local publication to increase visibility and drive traffic back to the landing page. SWBR also designed a branded flyer for open houses and in-office promotion to ensure a consistent leasing experience across both digital and physical touchpoints.
The campaign successfully elevated awareness for Watermark Easton and generated strong leasing momentum throughout the promotion period. Watermark Easton stood out in a competitive market and maintained a strong presence among prospective renters in the region. Most importantly, the property was able to fully lease all apartment units, helping VM Development Group achieve its leasing goals while establishing Watermark Easton as a desirable living destination in downtown Easton.
