WEBSITE POSITIONED HOF & REID FOR SUCCESS

Hof & Reid, a prominent personal injury firm within the Lehigh Valley, wanted to increase leads for its business. That’s a common goal for almost every business, so we knew exactly where to start. Phase 1 of this two-pronged strategy was to redesign the firm’s website to better position their attorneys for success.

The Challenge

Hof & Reid was looking for a creative partner that could deliver as a full-service marketing support to help them stand out. The law firm needed a new website and a digital marketing campaign that would make it easier for prospective clients to find them. To do this, we first redesigned the website in Phase 1 that delivered a confident tone to establish credibility. Phase 2 was the launch of a strong traditional and digital advertising campaign to push prospective clients to their website.

The Solution

The website architecture was structured to be informative for potential clients while positioning Hof & Reid as legal experts. Since the website is the first contact point many prospects will have with the firm before deciding to engage in their legal services, we developed the site to drive leads into their business through online form submissions.

We worked alongside the partners at Hof & Reid to design a website that showcased the firm’s attorneys and practice areas along with a Resources Page with video and text answers to frequently asked questions. We prominently featured client testimonials and a Results Page, which highlighted the firm’s track record for delivering for their clients. The new responsive site was developed with all devices in mind, ensuring ease of use across desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices.

The Results

After launching the new website, results were strong across the board with a significant uptick in traffic, which included a 50 percent increase in engaged sessions and a 30 percent increase in events per session. All of this worked to drive more website leads.

When he’s not working, Ernie enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. He’s also an avid golfer still searching for his first hole-in-one.
