Lehigh Valley Water Systems, a trusted provider of water treatment solutions, recognized the need to modernize its digital presence to better serve customers across the region. With a wide range of services and solutions, they needed a website that clearly communicated their offerings while making it easy for customers to find answers for their water problems and take action.

Our goal was to create a user-friendly, informative platform that simplified the customer journey and encouraged customers to connect with the Lehigh Valley Water Systems team for solutions.

The Challenge

Lehigh Valley Water Systems partnered with SWBR to reimagine a website that no longer reflected the depth of their services or supported how users search for water solutions. The previous site lacked clear organization, making it difficult for visitors to quickly identify the right services, products or solutions for their specific needs.

Users often had to navigate through multiple pages to find relevant information, creating friction in the experience. LVWS needed a modern, mobile-friendly website that improved usability, better structured their offerings and supported lead generation through clear pathways to contact their team.

The Solution

SWBR worked closely with the Lehigh Valley Water Systems team to deliver a full website transformation, including strategic planning, design and development. The site’s information architecture was completely re-engineered to organize content by services, products and solutions, allowing users to quickly navigate based on their specific water concerns.

The new website was designed to be both visually engaging and highly functional, with a mobile-friendly experience that ensures accessibility across devices. Expanded content was developed to better educate users, including enhanced service pages, a refreshed blog, detailed FAQs and the addition of customer testimonials to build trust and credibility.

Clear calls-to-action were integrated throughout the site to guide users toward key conversion points, such as requesting a free water test or contacting the team for more information. Additionally, SEO enhancements were implemented to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic to the site.

He’s always guiding Team SWBR toward the correct target audiences, smartest campaign messages, right digital channels and best traditional tactics suited to boost sales.

When he’s not working, Ernie enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. He’s also an avid golfer still searching for his first hole-in-one.
