The process began with mapping the user journey and shaping a workflow that aligned with how contractors and distributors naturally evaluate boiler needs in the field. From there, our team designed a clean, modern interface that balanced brand alignment with clarity and ease of use, ensuring that even first-time users could move confidently through the selection process.
The Triangle Tube Product Configurator is now a fully guided digital experience that gives distributors and contractors a fast, accurate way to generate comprehensive boiler packages. The tool leads users through a series of specification questions such as application type, capacity requirements and venting considerations. It then translates their selections into a complete, ready-to-share project quote. Every output includes the appropriate boiler model, compatible accessories, necessary installation components and accurate pricing, all packaged in a clear format that supports both decision-making and direct communication with end customers.
Since its launch, the product configurator has become a standout resource for Triangle Tube’s distributor and contractor network.
