SWBR wins website design award; launches three sites

The Lehigh Valley Business’ 2020 Reader Rankings Awards has chosen SWBR as the top Website Design and Development company in the region.

We’re always hard at work striving to help our clients stand out, so it’s an honor for the team at SWBR to be recognized for our website design and development work. We truly appreciate the vote of confidence from those that participated in the annual Reader Rankings.

In today’s highly competitive and ever-changing digital landscape, it’s very important to make a strong first impression with a website that fits the needs of your business and your customers.

Within the last year, we helped local architectural firm MKSD launch a new website that highlights the expertise of their team and showcases the end result of what their blueprints have brought to life.

We’re also proud to have recently designed and launched three new websites for local law firm Hof & Reid; for Philly-based building group Lumbermens Merchandising Corporation (LMC); and for the dental offices of Sherry Dental.

Each of these sites represented unique challenges and targeted very different audiences. Below is a closer look at three of these sites and a snapshot of what our award-winning team at SWBR has been working on to propel our clients forward.

Hof & Reid Website

This redesigned website for Hof & Reid was built around streamlined content and was focused on providing a better overall user experience to align with the client’s goals of providing better solutions to those in need of legal services.

The content throughout the site was summarized to put the most searched for legal cases by prospects – and the types of cases best suited for Hof & Reid – front and center. We added a video section to the Resource Center Page, which positions the Hof & Reid team as experts and provides prospects with a few quick answers to their legal questions.

We upgraded the design and functionality to give the site a modern feel, but the improvements were made to enhance site content. We also added a contact form on the bottom of each page, making it an easy and user-friendly experience for prospects to inquire about hiring Hof & Reid.

LMC Website

This site replaced an existing microsite and is a huge improvement for LMC. This site was built from a blank canvas and is complete with a new URL, which is LMCTogetherWeBuild.com. The website name is part of a new marketing program that SWBR developed for LMC, and this slogan is the centerpiece of the first video you’ll see on the home page.

This site features a Calculators Page as a great resource for contractors. It includes 12 calculators that help them estimate materials for different jobs.

Additionally, the site highlights a series of videos as an easy way to explain the benefits of working with an LMC Dealer. There is also a Find Your LMC Dealer Page, which makes it easy for visitors to find a local dealer. This page can also be removed by dealers if they use the website link directly to promote their individual dealer.

Sherry Dental Website

Aside from updating the design of the Sherry Dental website, we significantly upgraded the user experience on both desktop and mobile devices.

The content throughout the site is more comprehensive and is better organized, making it easier for visitors to find dental services, patient forms, insurance information and reviews. The photography and videos are upgraded throughout the site to help Sherry Dental make a better first impression.

We also added a Schedule Appointment tab that allows patients/prospects to easily schedule an appointment by filling out a simple online form. This feature did not exist on the previous site, and is a nice addition to help patients and staff to set new appointments.

On mobile, the footer at the bottom of every page is very interactive to help patients get directions or call for information with a few simple clicks.

Advertising is in Ernie’s DNA as he’s a third-generation family member to join the business his late grandfather founded. With that pedigree comes an almost six sense of identifying the “it factor” needed to create campaigns that spark customers to action. Ernie (or ET) uses his outgoing personality to connect with clients to build strong collaborative relationships. He digs deep to uncover new opportunities that will make a measurable difference for each client’s business. A graduate of Eastern University and Saint Joseph’s University (MBA), he has the book smarts and experience to elevate brand communications with strategies that challenge the status quo. He’s always guiding Team SWBR toward the correct target audiences, smartest campaign messages, right digital channels and best traditional tactics suited to boost sales.

When he’s not working, Ernie enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He’s also an avid golfer still searching for his first hole-in-one.
