Michael Mazewski Joins SWBR as Art Director

Avid outdoorsman, aspiring photographer, and 20 years of creative experience under his belt: meet Michael Mazewski, our new Art Director.

Mazewski’s main responsibility as Art Director is the production of creative ideas and visual concepts to meet the client’s brand and business goals. His responsibilities include participating in the collaborative efforts of SWBR’s creative team and developing visual concepts and layouts for assigned accounts. Projects include designing websites, landing pages, banner ads, social media posts, print ads, and videos.

Mazewski has nearly 20 years of experience as a Creative or Art Director, building strong relationships with national accounts in a variety of industries.

Prior to SWBR, Mazewski was the VP Creative Director at Bushfire Marketing Communications before moving on to become a Creative Director at Vision Creative Group. Most recently, Mazewski worked as a Creative Director for CI-Group, whose clients included Century 21.

Mazewski received his Bachelor’s degree in Advertising Design from the College of New Jersey, then continuing his education at the School of Visual Arts in NY.

Ernie Thomas



Advertising is in Ernie’s DNA as he’s a third-generation family member to join the business his late grandfather founded. With that pedigree comes an almost six sense of identifying the “it factor” needed to create campaigns that spark customers to action. Ernie (or ET) uses his outgoing personality to connect with clients to build strong collaborative relationships. He digs deep to uncover new opportunities that will make a measurable difference for each client’s business. A graduate of Eastern University and Saint Joseph’s University (MBA), he has the book smarts and experience to elevate brand communications with strategies that challenge the status quo. He’s always guiding Team SWBR toward the correct target audiences, smartest campaign messages, right digital channels and best traditional tactics suited to boost sales.

When he’s not working, Ernie enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He’s also an avid golfer still searching for his first hole-in-one.
